1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on subscription purchases only under specific conditions to ensure fair usage of our AI resources. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: You must submit your refund request within 15 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Usage Limit: You must have used less than 25% of the credits allocated to your plan during the current billing cycle.
  • First-Time Request: Refunds are typically available only for your first subscription charge, not for renewals, unless there was a billing error.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the request.

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Method: Refunds may be issued either as store credit or to your original payment method, at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Timeline: Once processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Service Access: Upon approval of a full refund, your access to the premium features of Glidee.ai associated with that subscription will be immediately terminated.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Substantial Usage: If you have used 25% or more of your allocated credits.
  • Expired Window: Requests made after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • free Trials: Free trial periods are non-refundable as no payment is processed (unless converted to a paid plan and meeting eligibility criteria above).
  • Promotional Plans: Discounted or limited-time promotional plans are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after using the services substantially.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you have made a duplicate payment or accidental purchase due to a technical error:

  • Please contact us immediately at support@glidee.ai.
  • We will verify the transaction details and, if confirmed as a technical error, issue a full refund regardless of the usage limit (provided the extra credits have not been consumed).

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
