We’ve built Glidee knowing exactly what we believe—and what we don’t. This isn’t a marketing position or a trend we’re riding. It’s the conviction that shapes every product decision we make.

We are a team of engineers who have worked with AI for most of our careers. We’ve seen what it can do. We deeply respect artificial intelligence as a powerful tool. But we do not believe in end-to-end, fully AI-generated videos as a meaningful or sustainable form of content creation.

And we think you deserve to know where we stand.

Why We Don’t Support Fully AI-Generated Content

Content, at its core, is about human thought, emotion, empathy, and lived experience.

When you watch a creator explain how they recovered from burnout, share their honest take on a product, or break down a complex topic they’ve spent years mastering—you’re connecting with a person. There’s accountability behind those words. There’s skin in the game.

Fully AI-generated videos—where there’s no human face, voice, perspective, or intent—often lack:

• Emotional depth — algorithms don’t feel what it’s like to struggle or succeed
• Genuine empathy — they can simulate understanding, but they don’t actually understand
• Contextual nuance — they miss the subtleties that come from real experience
• Accountability and originality — there’s no one standing behind the content

These videos may look polished. They might even get views in the short term. But they rarely connect with audiences in a lasting way.

This kind of content contributes to what the internet is increasingly calling “AI slop”—high-volume, low-signal content that adds noise rather than value. It floods platforms with content that’s technically “good enough” but emotionally hollow.

We’re firmly against this direction.

We built Glidee for serious content creators—people who:

Then Glidee is not the right platform for you.

We’re not saying this to be gatekeepers. We genuinely encourage such creators to find tools that align better with their goals. There are platforms designed for that approach.

But Glidee isn’t one of them.

We’ve intentionally designed our product to not optimize or reward fully synthetic content pipelines. Our features are built around helping human creators do their best work—not replacing them entirely.
